We cannot guarantee approval of a visa application, as the final decision is made by an IRCC immigration officer based on your documents and compliance with the visa/program requirements. However, we aim to minimize risks and increase your chances of a successful visa application through quality document preparation, advice, and legal support. Payment in installments is possible in two payments: the first part is made upon signing the contract, and the second part is paid before submitting the documents to IRCC. In rare cases, the payment may be divided into three parts. The payment scheme is discussed individually upon signing the contract.
Our refund policy depends on the service and is specified in the contract. Typically, refund terms include certain penalties or restrictions that may apply depending on the stage of your immigration/visa process.
