A graduate of LaSalle College in Montreal, AU Washington College of Law and MU Witté Law School, a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Serge is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC R528113), Commissioner for Oaths mandated by the Ministry of Justice of Quebec and a recognized expert in Private International Law.

In addition to being a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Serge is a practicing lawyer (license number 47/2585 in the Register of Attorneys) in one of the Bar Associations in St. Petersburg, Russia. With his extensive background as an attorney in law in Russia, Serge is uniquely equipped to efficiently handle a wide range of legal matters related to family and criminal law. Specifically, he is adept at addressing practical issues arising from marriages, divorces, and the status of minor children, as well as overcoming potential obstacles to immigration, such as criminal or medical inadmissibility. Thanks to his experience and expertise, Serge is able to effectively navigate these complex immigration legal matters and achieve favourable outcomes for his clients while saving them valuable time and resources.

Gleb, who is now a Canadian citizen, immigrated to Canada in 2015. He accumulated 13 years of experience in leading companies in Ukraine and Canada. With a diverse background spanning financial audit, retail, and software development, Gleb has held positions ranging from Audit Assistant to VP of Operations.

Currently, as the COO for Polar Bear Immigration, Gleb oversees the company's smooth operation, improving the quality of services, exploring new business directions and marketing strategies, and optimizing HR and financial processes.

Gleb's impressive repertoire extends beyond the business world. He is the creator of one of the most popular YouTube channels about life in Canada, "Interesting Canada", and was the founder of the first online school for immigration and adaptation in Canada, "Azbuka" (currently closed). Additionally, he manages the Canadian division of the international educational agency Kiwi Education and provides personal consultations for immigrants as an expert in settling and adapting to life in Canada.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Gleb leads an active lifestyle. He participates in Ironman competitions, runs half marathons, and travels frequently with his family, who also resides with him in British Columbia, Vancouver Island.

Anne Margary (Anush Margaryan) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC R710183), a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

Anne is a graduate of Bow Valley College in Calgary, where she studied Canadian Immigration Law. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Law from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University and a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization from the Yerevan State University and the Kyiv National University of Taras Shevchenko. Before moving to Canada, Anne established herself as a human rights lawyer with extensive experience in promoting and protecting human rights in Eastern Europe. She has served as an adviser to the Ombudsperson of Armenia and spearheaded many projects and initiatives to combat discrimination and promote the rights of women, children, refugees, and other marginalized groups in partnership with international organizations like the UN, OSCE, and the Council of Europe.

Since moving to Canada, Anne has been tirelessly working in the immigrant and refugee settlement sector under programs funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Her efforts have resulted in the successful settlement of hundreds of immigrants from all corners of the world, allowing them to reunite with their families left behind and begin new lives in Canada.

In Canadian immigration law, human rights and other fundamental legal principles are closely intertwined. With Anne's extensive knowledge of human rights laws and standards and her significant experience in settling immigrants and refugees in Canada, she approaches immigration cases holistically and caters to the diverse immigration needs of her clients.
