Time change:
- free of charge if changed 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation;
- a fee of 175 CAD (125 CAD for a 30-minute consultation) is charged for changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Cancellation:
- a fee of 175 CAD (125 CAD for a 30-minute consultation) is charged for cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation;
- The full cost of the consultation is retained for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
A no-show at the scheduled consultation is considered as the consultation having been conducted, and no refund is provided.
Initial Consultation Agreement and Preliminary Assessment Form: After scheduling a consultation, the client will receive an email with links to the Initial Consultation Agreement and Preliminary Assessment Form. These documents must be completed and sent to the consultant no later than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the cancellation of the consultation without a refund.
Additional terms:
- The consultation may be rescheduled free of charge at the initiative of the immigration consultant (RCIC) with notification to the client no less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- If the consultation exceeds the allocated time, the client may be billed an additional fee proportional to the additional consultation time based on the consultant’s hourly rate.
- An additional fee of 30 CAD is charged if the consultation needs to be conducted in person at the office in Montreal.
- The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection or telephone communication. If the consultation is extended/changed/cancelled due to poor communication on the client’s side, the conditions outlined above may apply.
- In case of a refund, a processing fee of 5% may be applied.
