A graduate of LaSalle College in Montreal, AU Washington College of Law and MU Witté Law School, a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Serge is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC R528113), Commissioner for Oaths mandated by the Ministry of Justice of Quebec and a recognized expert in Private International Law. He is also qualified to be registered with the Registre québécois des consultants en immigration of the Quebec Ministry of Immigration (RQCIR #12105). In addition to being a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Serge is a practicing lawyer (license number 47/2585 in the Register of Attorneys) in one of the Bar Associations in St. Petersburg, Russia. With his extensive background as an attorney in law in Russia, Serge is uniquely equipped to efficiently handle a wide range of legal matters related to family and criminal law. Anne Margary (Anush Margaryan) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCICR710183), a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Anne is a graduate of Bow Valley College in Calgary, where she studied Canadian Immigration Law. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Law from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University and a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization from the Yerevan State University and the Kyiv National University of Taras Shevchenko. Before moving to Canada, Anne established herself as a human rights lawyer with extensive experience in promoting and protecting human rights in Eastern Europe. She has served as an adviser to the Ombudsperson of Armenia and spearheaded many projects and initiatives to combat discrimination and promote the rights of women, children, refugees, and other marginalized groups in partnership with international organizations like the UN, OSCE, and the Council of Europe.
Since moving to Canada, Anne has been tirelessly working in the immigrant and refugee settlement sector under programs funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Her efforts have resulted in the successful settlement of hundreds of immigrants from all corners of the world, allowing them to reunite with their families left behind and begin new lives in Canada.
In Canadian immigration law, human rights and other fundamental legal principles are closely intertwined. With Anne's extensive knowledge of human rights laws and standards and her significant experience in settling immigrants and refugees in Canada, she approaches immigration cases holistically and caters to the diverse immigration needs of her clients.
